Shipping and Returns
We are a small label and ship with DHL Go Green. Shipping within Germany takes between 3-5 working days from the time of processing. Smaller items are sent by Warenpost via letter post and often reach you faster. If you are ordering from abroad, the delivery time depends on the distance and destination, but can be between 3-7 working days. As soon as the shipment has been initiated, you will receive a tracking email. Please note that shipment tracking is only available to a limited extent when shipping by Warenpost.

DHL WARENPOST : 3,95 Euro.
DHL PAKET: 5,95 Euro.
EU:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain
Warenpost International 7.95 € / DHL Paket International 14.95 €
Not EU:
Switzerland
Warenpost International 10.95 € / DHL Paket International 25.95 €
Customs duties and taxes
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.
You can return your goods to us within 14 days.
Please make sure that the returned goods have not been worn or washed.
Our revocation policy applies. Please include the return form in your package, which you can find on the back of the Thank You Card included with your order. Send the package to:

Since we are a small label, you bear the costs for the return shipping. Shipments sent without postage will not be accepted. Tip: For smaller goods, simply send via Warenpost.
Once we receive the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account you specified when placing your order. This process can take up to 7 days.
If you require a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
